Welcome to FDL’s Early Literacy Blog!

Hello! My name is Storm, and I am the Youth Services Coordinator (basically, the librarian for little people) here at the Fowlerville District Library. I will be the primary person behind this Early Literacy Blog.

We will be posting all things and anything early literacy-related (including early literacy tips you can do with little ones at home, storytime stories and updates, book recommendations, and more). 

For this first welcome post, I’d love to share our storytime schedule! We’ve added quite a few different storytimes to our schedule, hoping to be open to more curious little people and families.

Family Storytime | Tues & Wed 10am
Pajama Storytime | 1st Mon 6pm

There is no registration for storytime! Just come when you’re able to. All our Storytimes include stories, songs, fingerplays, rhymes, and a ton of fun!
